You can also complete the forms and scan them to store securely on your personal computer if you’d like a digital backup. Many families use a combination of both formats — keeping the information organized, private, and accessible whenever it matters most.

The Toolkit includes all the information law enforcement needs to act quickly in an emergency and has been reviewed and vetted by local Police/Sheriff Departments, Private Investigators, and the FBI’s Crimes Against Children Department, Louisville Division.
